Rental Rates and Rules

Rates are based on up to six person occupancy. There will be a $10 per night charge for extra people.
There will also be a $200 damage deposit and cleaning cash deposit.
The deposit will be mailed back to you after checkout if the cabin
is found clean and without damage. 50% of the rate is due at the time of booking.
The remainder is due prior to check-in.

High Season (May 1st – September 15th)
$650 per week
$135 per night -Friday, Saturday, Holidays and Holiday weekends (2 night minimum)
$95 per night -Sunday through Thursday

Low Season (September 16th to April 30th)
$450 per week
$95 per night -Friday, Saturday, Holidays and Holiday weekends (2 night minimum)
$70 per night -Sunday through Thursday
